We may also disclose your information where required or authorised by law.
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Australia. Cloudflare operates a global network and may process technical data overseas, including in the United States. Our email is processed through Zoho’s Australian data region. Where information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
To protect our contact form from automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a token in your browser and process limited device and network information to distinguish humans from bots. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles of you.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure — including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain enquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond to you and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first.
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first so we can investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
